Shipping Policy

Purchases are shipped from our store in Douglas, Michigan and should arrive within five business days from receipt of your order. Our products are shipped using US Postal Service. Currently, we offer a flat rate shipping fee of $7.95. We offer free shipping on orders over $75.

Return Policy

Lakeshore Pet Boutique wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please return your purchase to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We do not accept returns COD and we do not reimburse for shipping charges.
